Hola Familia :) que tal? How are things out there in the states? you guys excited for thanksgiving?
Things out here in Chivilcoy are going good :) IM absolutly loving it out here. ME and my companion aree getting along great and we have bene having alot of success . Its been a great time with Elder Boyse and i seriously cant wait for you guys to meet him. Its been a little hard because the time is flyig by so fast, this week is the last wek of the transfer and its serisouly past by in the blink of n eye. We alwasy see new transfers but its been kinda different because its my companions last transfer and hell be going home next week. We are working hard but like the sadness of having to finsih the best time our lives is somehting hard to avoid. Hes a capo thoguh and he finished off way strong :) Hes seriosuly my borhter and we have seriosuly seen miracles out here... Other than that thoguh like i said we have been Loving it out here and working incredibly hard. We have been seeing alot of success as well , we had a baptism this last weekend and have been seeting things up for a big month of december so were excited for that.
Sorry for last week, the eamil didnt go thgouh and it got erased, so i had to send out a short one. Elder Holland was incredible thoguh, we learned so much and the spirit was seriosuly so strong it was incredible. He talked alot to us about the post msison and how we need to be strong disiples of Christ every sing day of our lives , his passion and emotion is so impressive to me and it was such a great experiense. I got it all on audio with the recorder you gave me momma so we can listen to it when i get back. It was a way good day thoguh and an experiense that i can and will never forget.
Thanksgiving this week and we are planning a big lunch for us misisonaries and some investigators. Were going to have a big argentine asado so its going to be a good one. Not the same as being with all you guys but its still going to be a good one :) and were excited. Ill for sure send out the pictures.
I want yioou guys to know how greatful I  am for each and everyone of you and for all you do for me. You guys are the best family a misisonary could ask for out here and I am truly grestful for all you guys do. You guys are great examples to me and althoguh we are so far know i learn so much form you guys. I want more than anything to be with you guys forver, us as a familiy and each and evry one of us with our individual families and kids. We all need to make this a priority and be willing to do whaty it takes to make it a reality. I humbly ask for your help. PLease , idk what or exatly htings are but I invite each of us to remember our priorities and remmeber what is really inmportant. remember that things of this world are just that, of this world and to death wem part but the only true and eterninty last hasppiness is the family and eternal life. We have to remmebet that, every hour of every day, On a msiosn, in Utah, in work, itn whatever we having going on on our life, we must remmebwer the testimony that i know we all have. The testimony of helping a convert be baptized and see true growth, the testimony to be able to see the garden where Jesus suffered for our sims, we all have a testimony, dep in there each one of us does and we have to rrember it. I know this church is true and i know that the gospel is the one and nly way to true and lasting happiness. I know that so much and i hope more than anyhting you guys can know that to. BE strong and dont let things that dont matter get in your way or tie you down, or hold you back form having the most happiness we could ever imagone. PLease suport the Lord and his work and make the changes nessesary to be able to have these blessings. This isnt form me but fomr him, for each one of us to realy learn to trust and rely on him and most importntly be wiling to do what he would have us do in our lives. I know he lives and I know this is his work. I know with all my heart that the gospel needs to be a priority in our lives, and when it is, we see miracles, true live miracles. KNow i love you guys :)
have an aweomse week and enjoy thanksgiving, take some time to repass this letter as a family, not the letterbut the things talked about. Our prioirites and where each and every one of us is at and what we all need to do, each one and as a family to see these goals be met. :) let me know how it goes. :) you guys are the best :)

Hola familia :) como andan ? How are thigns out there in the states? you guys all getting ready for thanksgiving ?
Things out here are going good :) really good, working harder than ever and seeing tons of miracles out here :) so the confresne with Elder Holland.... amazing :)) as it was planned due to timing conflicts he coulodnt go to the individual zone meetings as planned but our misison was able to have a devotionalo with him and it literally changed my life. SO pasionate about the work of the Lord and so much Love for each and evry one of us. He talked super in deptth over an hour about the importanse of being a tue desiple of Christ. Not only for these 2 years but forever. It really called the attention how much he focused on being a missionary and working for the Lord after the mission. It was so great thoguh, he talked alot about how we need to do the work more in the weay of the Lord and draw ourselves completly out of the picture, not doing nayhting ion our way, but in his way. He was going so hard thoguh and was seriosuly clasic Elder Holland, chasnged my lfe thoguh and thats being complsetly seriosue. I took my recorder there so i got the audio of the whoñle talk, cant wait to show you guys in a couple months. We were super blessed to hear form his wife as well and she had one of the most beutiful testimonies and talk about the appreciatrion for the misiosnaries and the work of the Lord.. we also got to hear form Elder Swarez and Elder Gonzalez of the 70 and Predency of the area. There wives as well. It was huge and hands down the best devotionalo to date out here in Buenos Aires Oweste.
k so i sent out a long family letter and it had a wierd error go thgough so it got erased, heres a short  one thoguh due to time. Ill get you guys a good long one with all the details next week... KNow i know the church is true and know that the atonmetn is real. ALl of us can change, all that it takes is humilty and true turst in the Lord. Iv seen so many poeple change, including myslef and i know that there is nothing, no hard time or dificulty that cant be helped thoguht the atonemt, it is the only way to find true anlasting hope and joy in this life and forever.. Elder Holand said that this week, We all muct learn to walk through getsemany. SO teue thoguh. :) now all we have to do is share this with everyone, keep up the misisoanry efforts and keep buliding the lords work in these last days.. KNow this is his work and know that this really is the one and oinly tue churrch on the earth and the only way to mreach tue hapiness.
Love you guys and pray for you every day

Things out here are going really good thoguh, were staying strong and excited and despite the oposition me and my compaion are working super hard. Were geting things all set up for this weekend for ther big baptismal servise.Alot of work still to be done but its going to be a big one well just say that. Well for sure send the pictures out your way and let you know how it all went. Were also getting evrything out here ready for transfers. Me voy..... ha ha Wev been training my compaion because hes going take over as district leader out here and im leaving to take on another asingment. THe transferes are usually the first week of the transfer but with some scheduling conflicts and the presidnts seminar we have anopther week, so the mwwitn will be next monday. Thus being said idk if ill have much time to write but ill for sure altleast let you guys all know how transfers and everything went and everything :)
Overall were doing good thoguh, jsut working hard staying focused and making the best of what will be the last 6 months of the msison. IM staying strong and i can asure you that im staying focused. These 6 months are going to be big :) I cant wait for you guys to be able to come down here with me to meet all these poeple and to get to know argentina, you guys are going to love it !
I did want to share with you guys my testimony aboiut the work iv been so priveleged to be part of out here. To be a missionary has been such a privleage and honor and has seriously been the experiense and blessing of a lifetime. Iv learned and gorwn so much and have seen and been part of things that i didnt even think could be real. I can asure you guys thoguh with all the certeza of my heart that I know that mirtalces are real and I know more than anyhting that this really is the work of the Lord and the work of salvation. I know that to be true and I know that our Lord and savior really does lead and guide HIS sacred work. Im absolutly sure of that and that there is nothing more important for my life at this moment and maybe not an any moment ( except to be sealed with m y wife and family and to be a dad) thsan this work. Its been such an honor to work out here and to wear the most powerful and important name of all time, that of our Savior Jesus Christ. A plaque that represents him and HIS church, somthing that truely cant be put into words. Somehting that only through the experiense one will know the feeling. :) I love being a misoinary and I will work all out until the last day of my life on his work. If being a disiple Of Christ was only a 2 year thign I would think twice about things but I know we all must have the change of heart to want to serve him for all of our lives on a daily basis. It doesnt have to be huge thigns here, only us to remember him and the fact that we are al his childrena nd we all need the truth. Im so greatful for this extra spesial experiense thogiuh and this amazing time iv hade to serve with all my heart might mind and stringth. I know this is his church and I know withotu a doubt that ever single of the Lords meetings houses really is His home in every way to the the meaning of a home. I know thw Bok of MOrmon is truew and I Kno that jesus The chrust realy did suffer for each and every one of our sins chalanges and problems. This sufering gives the hope that we dont have to , only if we humbly lloik for his help. I know thes things are ture and i share my humble tetimony in his name, Jesus the Christ, Amen
HAve a great week and know you guys ae in my thoguhts and prayers.... Thats an invitaion and comitment that i wanted to extend to each one of us this week. To share our testimony with one person. OUr personal testimony, small or big I know that we all ahve one and we all are called to share it. I know taht many times the Lord answerds prayers thoguh us, each one of us. SO I invite us all to share our tetsimony with someone, a friend, someone at work, someone at school, a random guy in the street. Que sea... So will we so it ? Let me know how the experiense went this week, the day you complete your comitment write your boy a little message and let me know how it went :))
HAve an aweosme week!

Family :) whats gonig on? How are you guys?  How was your week?

I hope this finds you all well, its been a crazy week out here and today was no different. Its a holiday out here so everyhting closes super early. We were in the internet cafĂ© and  i sent the pictures and was about to write and the guy told us they had to close. ha ha hope you guys got the pictures thoguh and were able to see a Little bit of the dream life were living out here :) i only have a couple minutes now to be able to write so this may be a Little short as well.

We had a great week out here thoguh and things are going good. were working hard as always and have been seeing alot of progress in the branch, our investigators as well as our companionship. We have some good progressing investigators and are setting things up for the 26th to have a big baptismal servise for the Lujan family as well as agostine :) were excited, keep things in your prayers that all goes well and that we can help them all  make it to the date :).. Its been a full thoguh the work and this week is gong to be huge for us. Its the last week of the transfer but with conflits of the presidents seminar were going to extend this transfer an extra week. Thus being said i ahve two weeks left out here and were going hard :) President has talked to me several times about it and Its almost a sure thing that ill be going this transfer for a new asignment. IM excited as well as a Little nervouse but I know all things wil work out the way our father needs them to.

I have been thinking about you guys alot and I hope you guys know how greatful I am for your example to me and for all your support. I find myself constantly saying it but you guys are seriosuly the best family a guy could ask for. Thats one thing that i feel like iv changed the most, love, love and appresciation for others and for ht eopportunity I have to show this Love for them by teaching them the gĂłspel. Out here in my msision I have met countless Brothers and sisters that ahve truely changed my life and people that I know without a doubt i knew before we came to this earth. Literally my brothers and sisiters. Its been such a blessing to be able to know some of these people and more tan anything i cant wait for4 you guys, to be able to meet them. Argentine trip 2014 is going to be the best ever, i can asure you of that :)

For now though like always, im staying focused and working hard until the last minute ... before i end i want to share with you an experiense from this week. Today in our family home morning as a distrct i chalanged each of us to sharew a spiritual experiense from the week, we have so many out here but heres mine... So were out working one day and were about to go back home for lunch. a few weeks eaerlier we talked to a guy that was super evangelic and didnt accept to much of our message, were about to go home but we feel impressed to go to this guys house. We get there and clap the dodor. no one answers, were about to leave but i couldnt leave i knew we hasd sopmething to do there. we open this guys gate and walk to his small wooden house and and knock on his door, again no response. now were just about to leave when i was like were going to open the door. >We open it to find him passed out and crying for help , it was a super hot day and hes really old, he obverheated in the house and was there where no one could hear him and no one would be able to  know, he has no family and lives in compo, like fields in a super humble house. It was super special for us thoguh becaus ehtis man was aso greatful that we cam to his house, literally we saved his life, We helped him up and clened him all off. we ran to the well and got wáter to pour on him and for him to drink :) It was so crazy because we so easily could have gone home to eat, relid on our selves to think this guy wanted nothign to do with us but we followed the spirit and puit in the extra effort. And for that we literaly were tolos in the hands of the lord to sabe this mans life :) Julio, A great man, hes in the hospital now, the ambulanse had to come and take him but hes doing good, keep him in your prayers thoguh... From this I learned and know that the Lord really does guide this work and that ao anmy iof us need his help in the world today. For that reason as his servants he sends us on his erand to get what he needs done, done :) its such a blessing and hoinor to be a misisonary :)

Family :) what is goin on!? How are you guys?
Thanks for all your support and emails this week, I enjoyed reading the updates. thanks :)
Thigs out here are going good, were hanging in ther and working hard as always. We have been seeing some chalanges out here being thrown our way but we stay excited and working hard to see miracles out here. For me its just another testimony builder of the truthfulness of this work. No other work or church would see these sort of chalanges if it werent true. I dont know if you guys can undertsnd right now but for me things are always better and learned form when were positive.  :) were doing good thoguh and I know we will see big thigns happen out here in Junin in the near and distand future. Were only a branch out here (todavia) but im complete convinced that one day this town will have a stake in it, im absolutly sure of that and it is such a great blessing to be part of such a mrvolouse and great work :)
I hope all is well and that you guys  know how much these thigs eman to me. We share the gospel with so many poeple but I know that really some of the most importand things i have to do is to help our family to progress and to seee the happiness that only our father in heaven can give. KNow i pray for you guys, each one of you individually every day and night and one of the bigest dreams and desires i have is to be able to enter the temple together again as a family. As a family requires the part of each and every one of us. I dont know where you each are at in terms of the church and your relationship with our father in heaven but i really hope things are well. That is my bigest hope and dream that you guys can undertsnad, truely understand and apply these simple things to see true growth progresion in our lives and live as a family. We each must pray every day , doesnt matter how busy it may be, we all have to find the time for our Lord and savior. Talk with him openly, confess to him your dificulties and ask for help to better them, He will answer I promise you that. We all must be wiilng to go to church, in times of old the day of rest was taken so seriously that those who didnt complete were often sentensed to death. Thankfully its not like that today but i can asure you that it is the cause of a spirital death and a duling of our senses. A numming and stoping of personal revelatiion and a drive and desire to complete with the comandments and covents that each and every one of us made and know that we have to complete. We all have to go to church every week, if its just one hour its beter than nothing. We have to make the Lord, our family, and our salvation a priority.
Two small and simple things but I know that like it says " through small and simploe things , great things are brought to pass" I know that to be true, Without a doubt in my mind i know that every single one of us, no matter how bad or dificult the situation c¡may be has the portunity and ability to change and to repent. Thats why this messgae we share is so important and so full of hope. That iin an almost imposible bombarding world of problems we all can recieve help and true happiness. Like i siad i dont know where each one of you and us stand on terms of these two principles but i invite us all to ponder on these things and them just do it :) i can asure you that as we complete these two simple things the Lord will bless and strengthen our family. and if we all do it (togetyher) we wil be able to be together forever :) I know that to be true. I know it will take each one of our part. BUt i know that it wil be worth it :) I love you guys and more than anything desire your salvation and treu happiness. I hope you can take these words to heart and hear  that like the scripture says " for the voise of the Lord or his cosen servants, it is the same. " I know this is an invitatio from the Lord, for eachg one of us to simploe talk to him, every day and to go and recieve his help in his house ( the church ) :)
I Love you guys! :)
Un abrazo!

Bryce doing service.

Bryce and his new companion, Elder Gallegos

September 16, 2013

Hey family :) whats going on? How was your guys week?
!¿Que cosa  Sobre la donador de Sangre no?! Es argentino,  y aun mejor de Buenos Aires? :)
What zone/part is he from?
Crazy how things work out no? thats realy cool though and i thank you guys for sharing that with me, it really makes me happy to hear that. One day for sure Im goign to have to meet him.
Things out here are going good, first things first, I got a new companion. His name is Elder Gallegos de Guanaguato Mexico . Its my first time in a long while not training so its a bit of a change but htis kid is a stud. Hes completing 6 months in the mission week but only has a little oover a month here in Argentina. HE had like half transfer the last one so this is his first real transfer out here in the best misison in the world. Hes super outgoing thoguh and super dilegent. This is going to be a big companionship, i can feel it. For reals, weree going to see big things out here in the coming months :)
Junin overall is doing good, the branch is strengthening and growing so were happy about that. Were working hard as always and expect a few baptisms here in the coming weeks :) It was cool this past week we had a big servise project for the world church servise day?.. what did you guys do out there?.... We went to a school and cleaned it all up inside and out, it was a good turn out and we had a good time. I guess Facundo showed the pictures? ha ha idk ILl send one out though here after the email.
IM doing good thoguh and am absolutly amazed to see how fast time is flying by out here. LIke its crazy to even think about it. And for that reason I giong to not think about it ha ha andif you guys could hold back on the coments and what not as well that would really help me out. I dont get unfocused like at all, it just makes me a little sad. So see that the most amazing experiense of my life at one wime will have to come to a close.... We have time though and until then I will be working hard, A full!  KNow that, Know that IM making you guys all proud and working witb everything i got out here.
To that same note I want you guys to know how much I love the misiosn and how much it really has changed me. A misison is something that the more i talk about and live it, the harder it is to put into words. seriosuly the most amazing experiense ever. Theres the ups and downs, if every aspec, mentally physically, emotionally, but to be able to wear the name of our Savior Jesus Christ is truly the best feelijng in the world. Somehting truely sacred that makes every single hard trime and dificulty worth it. To do what he would do if he were here, to truely help his children chnage their lives, and to but the smallest degree go through what he went through. ... It really is the best 2 years..... you have to provechar (  totake agvantage of) it thoguh and for that reaoson this next 6 months are literally going to be the best of my life  :)
Hope you guys are doing good as well, Hope you guys know that i love you so very much and that im making you guys proud out here. I hope you guys know how much I love to be a misionary, such an honor and privelage. I hope you gus recognize the importanse of completing with our part to our heavenly father. ( 2 Nephi 31:16) All he asks of us is to be willing to folow his comandments. And for our part comes the help and blessing that every one of us need so very much in such a chalanging world. I invite you to rememeber to always complete with the Lord first, over anyhting else, we can not afford to let him down. Remember to go to church , every Sunday and remember to pray daily I know that it will help us each out so very much and espesialy a s a family, were a team here, we all need to do our part thoguh.
I want you guys to know that I know the church is true. I know that our FAther and his son LIve and they really do guide this sacred work. I know that teh Book of MOrmon is true and I know that with all my hear that this is the one and only true church on the face of the earth. I know that he loves us so very much and only asks but a small sacrafice for all the blessings and miracles he will give us. I know that families can be togetehr forever and thats a goal I have , to be woth you guys forever. Salvation is personal but exalation is as a family :) I know these things to be true  and i share them in the name of Jesus Christ , amen.
Love you guys! hope you have a great week !

Family!
whats going on? How are you guys? the reunion? Seems like everyones doing amaizng out there which makes me super happy.
Thanks for the signs and the pictures you guys sent out my way, you guys are the best, ha ha me and my compaion were loking through them and it was way good "to see" you guys. Dad loking good as ever and with all the respect and Love in the world, Monica is huge :) ha ha makes me happy thoguh, i cant wait to come back and meet the little guy, I bought a little Argentine soccer jersey the other day for her kid as well as for my future son :) Thanks thoguh guys, it really meant alot to me out here.

Junin.... Things out here are giong amazing and like always were just living the dream out here. we wprked super hard this week and were super blessed to see alot of  our investigators make it to church. Were excited because this weeknd we have a baptismal servise, all planned up for the 6th of September ;)) Its gonna be legit, Edward, one of the most incredible men i have ever met in my life is going to enter the waters of baptoism along with MAriana The nicest most prpared lady I have ever mat in my life ( nicest- of course excluding you Mom) Shes amazing thoguh. ha ha she was a street conatct LIterally 2 weeks ago today and form there shes been to literally every church activity and meeting as well has read almost a third of the bok of mormon which in spanish is like 200 pages , shes so legit. :) were excited for the servise thoguh, its gonna be a good one. right after I got permsision form President to go out to dinner with the PIsoli fmaily ( our branch president)  Its gonna be weird withogut you guys but i know its going to be a great birthday :) for sure the best of these 21, with baptisms a guy couldnt ask for anything more than that :) Well take a lot of pictures thoguh and well send them out your way.

Iv got alot to do on the computer today so im gonna keep it short. IM writing letters thoguh that are coming out your way this week so lok forward to that :) ha ha 2 quick stories before we i go ... 1) this week we go into a members house for literally 5 minutes to set up an apointment, we didnt hink anyhting of it so we just left the bikes outside, we come out and my comapions bike is gone. ILl be hinest we were kinda upset and bumbed out. so we go like 2 day walking a ton, our area is huge and se were walking super long distanses, heres where it gets good thoguh, we finsh off the night  days after the insident dead tired with a prayer, my comaion asks to please somhow help us recover the bike, literally right as we finsh the prayer we get a text and an investigator of ours Super CApo like busted out a neighborhood investigation and with miraculouse results recovered the bike!! :) ha ha it was amazing, the kid that stole it tried to take it apart and everything but the invrestigator got it all back for us.. So now were back to cruisen on bikes! Its amazing how much the Lord loks out for us and answers our prayers :)... 2) were walkikng down the strret one day and we feel a need to talk to this lady in the street, we ask here if she wants to come with us to a park like a block a way to have a chala, she agrees and off we go, so were in this parkhaving this charla and this guy comes up to us. Way sketchy argentine comes right up and sits there with us listening, we look at him and he presnts himself, long story short he was an undercover police officer doing an investigation in JUnin, the wierdest experise ever because he wanted to arest us and take us back to the station, We didnt have our documantation with us and as a foreigner he had all the power in the world to do it, We try to talk to him and explain things  but the situation is getting tesne, hes getting upset and then out of nowhere hes like, wait are you guys MOrmons? ha ha we answer yes, he politly apolagizes for the hasle and dropped everything. It was crazy, before he left he told us he had a cousin who was a member and that he has hight respect for the church, for that cause he let us go , it was amazing thoguh, right as he leaves we give him a book of Mormon and we get his adress, we have a v ist this week planned :) crazy! the gunny part of the story is , the whole time this guy is talkin and yelilng at us the lady we were teaching just sat there as happy as could be and as soon as he left we continued with her literally as nothing happened, ha ha it was like 20 minutes :) super funny experiense thoguh.

Overal were doing good thoguh :) happy as can be and working hard as ever. Know that I love you guys and know that you will be in my thoguhts and prayers this week. Know more than anyhtin I know that this really is the Lords work and he relly does lead and guide us. I knopw the church is true and I knpow that only when we give all our part the Lord can do his. I know he loves us and really does have intrest in every one of our lives. I know that obediense brings blessings but being exactly obedient bring miracles ! :) and like I said, thats what I live for, seeing MIracles out here evry day, not ofr me but for all the amazing poeple out here in Argentina and for out Lord and Savior !

Have an aweosme week! :)

August 26, 2013

Family :) whats going on? how are you guys? How was the wedding? :) It sounds like you guys all had a good time out there
Things out here in Junin are going good. Crazy like always but were all Loving it out here, working hard and truly seeing miracles. Thats one thing that LIke i realy cant even put into words, like how much that I know, that miralces are real. I know tha to be true but i know that the Lord cant do miracles unless we give him literally everything we have, literally 100%. at 99.9% I know that so bad the Lord wants to but i know that he cant, only when we give it our evrything. Thats what keeps me going and focused that whan I do all i can the Lord will always bless us. At times we dont undersatnd, or its not what we expect or want, but he will always bless us with the Miracles that are best for us and ther est of his Children. I know that to be true and we were able to see it first hand out here this week... Evrything is doing good, as a district here in Junin we have planned for a baptismal servise for 6, literally the day of the baptism somehow things happened ( the oposition) where none of the 6 were doing to be baptized. The sisters were super upset and to be hinest so was I. Its 3 hours before the servise when we gert all the news. Me and my companion say a prayer and with faith left our lunch apointment running to find each and every one of these families. at this time I cant go into details about how bad the oposition was that day for thees familes, but I can tell you that i know that without a doubt in my mind that the priesthood is real and that mriacles do not sease to happen in the world today. As bad as thw world is, the Lord loves his children so very much that when we do all that we can he wil show us real life miracles... We did all we could do and at the end of the night we ended up having a baptismal servise for 3 which was honestly one of the happiest moments of my life. The spirit was so strong and to think about all that had happened that day and to see these peole so happy to take this step in their lives is something that cannot be put into words, truely pricless. Somrething that makes it all worth it, all the hard times, the walking for miles, rejections , oposition. Seriosuly one of the best baptismal services ever! For me that is whats its all about and thats why im here, to see miracles. I know that I am weak and I personally cannot do these things, but i KNow taht with the Lord all things are posible that he can and does work through his servants to get his work done, we have to be wililng to do what it takes thoguh. I cant wait for you guys to tell you more in depth but for now this is all I can tell you of the story, :) the mission thoguh is the greatest experiense ever thoguh,I can asure you of that :)
I invits us all to think about that and let the Lord work miracles in each and every one of our lives. Like we know though we have to do evreything, and thats the thing, the level and expertations the Lord undertsnds, hes doestnt ask much , just a little sacrafice. Daily prayers, readig daily ( if its only 5 minuts we have to read aily) and most importand going to sacrement meeting evey week. I know that If you guys do these things you will see a huge change in your lives and the way you feel about our Savior and yourselves :) I know the Lord will bless you in ways you cant imagine, Iv seen it so maby times out here. thats what it is.... So just do it ! :) Love you guys , your seriosuly the best ever :) KNow your in my thoguhts and prayers always :) Have an aweosme week.

August 19, 2013

Family! Hows it? How are you guys doing out there? Loks like your serving it up out there so that makes me super happy, seriously thanks for all your stories you guys sent me. Glad you guys are folowing through with your comitments :) ha ha
What a week, a super good one but so much happened that it seriously felt like a lifetime out here, but im happy about that, gotta use every minute we have out here right?  Our hard work finally payed off this wek and we wer able to have a baptismal servise :) the first big servise out here for us in Junin and only the beging. this guy Ruben was able to get baptized and seriously this guy is amazing, super finny and super huge. Hes like obsesed with north America as well so it super funny, I cant wait for you guys to meet him. It has been a super crazy experiense with him , for a long time he has been super afraid of baptism and water so it took alot to help him overcome this fear. We worked with him so much though and literally went all out with him. This wek the ZOne leaders came to do the interview  and we go to his house, we know hes inseide but he told us he was super nervouse and scared so he didnt atend us. We were yeling and clapping his door but he just wouldnt open. I knew we couldnt leave or give up on him so I felt impresed to climb this guys barbed wired fense to slip a note under his door. ha ha O felt like Nefi , geting asked to do something crazy but We didnt even hesitate it was super funny. I get over succesfully thoguh, and  I slide the note under,  he comes out gives me a huge hug and the rest is history. Ruben, Such a stud! :) a super amazing experiense thoguh..... Were excited this weekend as well the Sosa Family :) will be gettiing baptized as well, a Mom and her 2 daughters that we have been working with for a long while, keep them in your prayers though for this weekend :)
We have been having some amazing experienses out here thoguh and I cant wait for you guys to meet some of these people out here, So sinsere and loving, it has been such a blesing to work with them. IM loving it out here thoguh and things are going realy well. Things in the branch are loking super good and we continue to grow in atenense and strength :) Our goal is to get a ward out here one day, we have the potential all it is now is the Faith and actions.
I feel good though, excited for the upcoming weeks. I have been praying for you guys thoguh and i realy hope all is wel. Know out on this end were doing awesome. My son is growing a ton as well and has progressed so much in our time together as well, Eler Manzano, cant wait for you guys to get to meet him as well. Ill keep it short today but ill be sendin photos right now as well.
Know how much I love you guys and Know how greastful I am for all you guys do for me :) the best family a guy could ask for. Know that I know this church is true, i know without a doubt that this is where i need to be and that this really is the work of the Lord. I know he lives, I know that every single ward (or branch ) building really is his house. We had an amazing experiense after church yesterday me and my companion closing up the church. I Know he Loves us so very much and wants to bless us with literally everything, all he asks is that we follow his teachings and what he tought. I know the church is true thoguh and im so very greatful for this Sacred time I have to serve him in Junin :)
Hvae an aweosme week.

Family :) how are you guys?

I am writing you guys today with totally humility and I hope I can express today how truely Greatful I am for the Lord and his such sacred work.

the situation out in here Junin was a chalanging one, when we came out here they had an atendanse og 19 our first sunday and an average of about 26..... This past weeknd all our hard work payed off and we had 57 in Sacrement meeting. I realy cant put into words what I am feeling but more thanm anything truely gretful. I had been strugling this past couple weeks, like we all know when something big is about to happen there is always oposition and alot of it and me and my comapino have experiensed literally everything you can think of. This past week we went over the transfer and planned for the new one at hand, I knew we had to continue on with animo (excitment) energy and I knew more than anything we had to work with faith and dilegense. So Like i said last week, we set our goals and are determined to reach them. This week We truely did see miracles, we worked so hard this week, like I never have in my life and I huimbly testify to you that with the Lord all things are posible. We were able to see 13 investigators along with 5 of their kids coe to churchto what was literally the most spiritual meeing of my life. President Carter was out here for the weekend and it was the best sacrement iv ever been to in my life and like i said it was jamed packed. We have been meeting with and trying to reacivate a ton of inactives and all the work payed off with them comnig to church.... I really cant put things into words how happy or full of joy I really am. But i want to tell you gus that I know, without a doubt in my mind that miracles are real and that when we give everythign we have, not 99% but the full 100% literally anything is posible with the help of our father in heaven.

Alma 26: 12) Yea I know that I am nothing,, as to my strength I am weak therfore I will not boast of myself but I will boast ofmy God, for in his strength I can do all things, behold many mighty miracles we have wrought in this land for which we will praise his name forever.
27)Now when our heartes were depressed and we were about to turn back , behold the Lord did Comfort us , and said, Go amongst thy bretheren the lamanites (Juninites) and bear with thinw afliction and I wil give you success.

I humbly testif that I know that if we really do set our minds and hearts to a good cause and give it everythign we have our Lord is able to work with us to acomplish all things. We cant do it ourselves, we have to trust in him and do literally everything it takes, being completely selflless, just as was His Son Jesus Christ. Even he asked during his agoning atonment for each one of us Father is there not another way?¨I can only imnagine how Hard it was for him literally bleeding form evbery pore but then he followed the statement by saying. "not my will but rather thy will be don" Wow what an example, the greatest example of all time showing upermost himuility to do the will of the Father. In no way can we ever comapre anything we could ever do to the Atoning sacrafice of Chrsut but that is realy how we all ( including me) need to be, Thinking not of ourselves, but of others and whet our Father in Heven needs us to do, and then we just have to be wililng to do it.

I know this to be true thugh and I know that with this kind of vision, as was our Savior, all things are posible. I know that this is the Lords work, I know with all my heart that he answers prayers and that when we give it our all, he can and will work miracles through you. I know that This church ius true and I KNow this is where I need to be in my life. Right here in Junin: Were excited thgouh because this is only the beging, :) these 5 families taht came to church this past weekend all have lpanss tro enter the waters of baptism in the month of August. :) I really can tell you that I am living the dream out here and this is going to be the best month of my life... tahts anotrher thing too, the only thing stoping each and everyone of us, form having the best day, week or month, is ourselves :) be positive and Just do it :)

I am so greatful for you guys and all you do for me, you guys are such a support and I pray for youguys every day. More than anything I am greatful to be part of such a great work. To be able to represent Our Savior Jesus Christ, to do as he did, and maybe just maybe after all that we can or suffer can repay him for but the samllest part of what HE did for each and every one of us in his atonment. I love this work and I know that the Misison is the most important thing anyone could evr do in their lives.

HAve an awesome week,

Aloha,
